Inspection and maintenance before starting:

Whether the joints, cylinders, floating oil seals, radiator plates, water pipe joints, etc. of the high-pressure pipe are leaked, and should be eliminated if necessary.

Whether the bolts of the air filter, muffler, roller bracket, track, working device, etc. are loose, if found, should be tightened.

Whether the electrical system is disconnected, short-circuited, or the terminal is loose, if it should be eliminated in time.

Inspection of engine oil sump oil quantity:

When the engine is stopped, take out the dipstick and check that the liquid level should be between the “H” and “L” scales of the dipstick.

When the engine is idling, the engine oil pressure gauge should be determined first. If the water temperature gauge is in the normal range, then the oil dipstick should be taken to check that the liquid level should be between the upper and lower scale lines of the dipstick. To add oil, open the filler port and add. When checking the oil level, the vehicle should be parked on a level surface. When adding oil, do not raise the oil level above the “H” mark.

Rear axle tank oil quantity check

Initial 250 hours of inspection and maintenance:

Replace the fuel filter.

Replace the oil coarse and fine filter.

Replacement of gearbox and rear axle tank oil (replacement of oil according to the requirements of the attached table).

Replace the oil in the working tank.

Replace the working tank filter element.

Replace the final transmission tank oil.

Clean the shifting steering filter.

Tighten the injector mounting screws.

Inspection and adjustment of engine valve clearance.

Every 500 hours of inspection and maintenance:

Replace the preservative reservoir

Close the upper two valves of the preservative reservoir.

Unscrew the filter cartridge to the left.

Apply engine oil to the sealing surface and replace with new components.

When installing, tighten the sealing surface to the cover and tighten it 1/2 to 3/4 turn. (Do not overtighten)

Open the valve after replacement.
